Ingredients

  • • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • • 1 Large Egg
  • • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese (cubed)
  • • 3 tbsp Salted Butter
  • • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. The Base: In a mixing bowl, combine beef, almond flour, egg, and garlic powder. Season generously. Mix gently until just combined.
